• Step 1: Login to the DIB alt mobile app
• Step 2: Click on ‘FlexiSalary’ under the ‘Offers’ tab or access it through your Account Details page
• Step 3: Check your eligible FlexiSalary offer amount. If you do not wish to avail the full amount, you may reduce it.
• Step 4: Review & accept the Key Fact Statement (KFS) and the AECB Consent Clause.
• Step 5: Click on ‘Continue’ to view the final offer details & click on ‘Accept’
• Step 6:  Review the final transaction details & accept the Terms and Conditions
• Step 7:  Verify the transaction with the One Time Pin (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number and click on ‘Continue’
• Congratulations! Your FlexiSalary Application has been successfully completed!

DIB alt online

• Step 1: Login to DIB alt online
• Step 2: Go to the ‘Relationship Summary’ page and click on the ‘Finance’ tab
• Step 3: Click on ‘Apply for Finance’ & choose ‘FlexiSalary’ or access the FlexiSalary option from your Account Details page
• Step 4: Check your eligible FlexiSalary offer amount. If you do not wish to avail the full amount, you may reduce it
• Step 5: Review & accept the Key Fact Statement (KFS) and the AECB Consent Clause
• Step 6: Click on ‘Continue’ to review the final offer details & click on ‘Accept’
• Step 7: Review the final transaction details and accept the Terms and Conditions
• Step 8: Verify the transaction with the One Time Pin (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number and click on ‘Continue’
• Congratulations! Your Flexi Salary application has been successfully completed.

DIB alt on WhatsApp

• Step 1: Add +97146092222 to your contact list and say ‘Hi’ from your mobile number registered with DIB, click WhatsApp icon or scan QR Code
   
• Step 2: Once you receive the welcome message, tap on the ‘Subscribe’ button
• Step 3: Enter your CIF Number/Account Number, or the last 6 digits of your Covered Card Number
• Step 4: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number. You are now subscribed to DIB alt on WhatsApp.
• Step 5: Select ‘FlexiSalary’ from the main menu & proceed to type in the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
• Step 6: Tap on ‘Get it Now’ to start your application.
• Step 7: Review the Key Fact Statement (KFS) and the Terms and Conditions & tap on ‘Understood.’
• Step 8: Your eligible Flexi Salary offer amount will be displayed. Choose to ‘Accept’ the full amount or ‘Modify’ it, then type ‘Proceed’ to confirm the amount.
• Step 9: Tap on ‘Accept’ when ‘AECB Consent’ is displayed. The final FlexiSalary amount will be shown.
• Step 10:  Tap on ‘Confirm’ to accept the offered amount.
• Step 11: Review the offer details & tap on ‘Confirm’ to accept the affordability declaration.
• Step 12: The notification to accept the contract digitally will be sent to your registered E-mail address & mobile number. Alternatively, you can tap on ‘Proceed’
• Step 13: Tap on ‘Contract Completion’. Enter your Emirates ID and the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to complete the transaction.
• Congratulations! Your Flexi Salary application has been successfully completed.

ATM

• Step 1: Insert your card into any DIB ATM & select your preferred language
• Step 2: Enter your PIN & select the FlexiSalary offer from the menu
• Step 3: A link will be sent to WhatsApp on your registered mobile number to continue the application
• Step 4: Alternatively, you can scan the DIB alt WhatsApp Banking QR code to begin your application
• Step 5: Once you begin the journey via WhatsApp, follow the same steps outlined earlier in the WhatsApp journey
