  1. Customer to login to Al Islami Online Banking via www.dib.ae
  2. Enter User ID & Password
  3. Select Services
  4. Under Services select Miscellaneous
  5. Under Miscellaneous go to Email Us
  6. Select Email Us
  7. Select Compose Email
  8. Under Secure Email Request:
    1. Select Category
    2. Select your Branch
    3. Select Product Category (Home Finance Related Issues)
    4. Provide Contact Number
    5. Write “Home Finance” in Subject box
    6. Write details of request in Message Text box

FOR BANK:

  1. Call Center to log & accept request
  2. Back Office to process & complete the request
