To celebrate Woman empowerment DIB has launched limited time campaign for its Johara Banking customers. Woman customers can participate in lucky draw by performing one or more of the following during the campaign, i.e. 

• New salary transfers in DIB account
• Perform 3 or more Debit card transactions at any POS and
• increase average relationship balance with DIB (in Savings, Current and deposit) by AED 10,000. Customer holding only Current account or increasing balance only in Current account will not be eligible under this category.

Bank will conduct a draw after the completion of the campaign, where 20 eligible customers have a chance to win an iPhone 17 Pro Max or equivalent value capped at AED 5,200.

A. The campaign runs from 2nd November 2025 to 31st December 2025. Draws will be conducted within 10 days from the end of the campaign period.

Johara banking customers who meet one or more of the following criteria during the campaign period will be eligible for the entry into the draw:

• Salary Transfer Customers: Individual customers who transfer salary for the first time with a Minimum monthly salary of AED 5,000 transferred to a DIB Current or Savings account.
• Account Holders: Individual Johara customers already holding a Mudaraba/Wakala based Savings account and/or Deposit or customers who open a new Savings account and/or Deposit and increase their balance during the campaign period. Customers with a combined increase of balance of AED 10,000 or more in their DIB Current or Savings accounts or Deposits from the start date of the campaign period to the end date of the campaign period. Customer having only current account or increasing balance only in current account are not eligible for the campaign. Having an active savings account or deposit during the campaign is prerequisite.
• Debit Card Customers: Individual customers with an active Debit Card with DIB with minimum 3 POS (Point of Sales) transactions within or outside UAE.

20 customers will have a chance to win an iPhone 17 Pro Max or equivalent value capped at AED 5,200 from the campaign.

All eligible customers will automatically be enrolled into the campaign and their names will be added to the draws.

A draw will be conducted after the end of the campaign period in the presence of independent personnel from the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (or a relevant authority) to ensure transparency.

Prizes value which is capped at AED 5,200 will be credited to the customer's Mudaraba-based account (Al Islami Savings or 2-in-1 account).

A customer can win only once during the Johara Campaign.

You will be contacted by the Bank and required to open a qualifying account within 30 days to claim your prize.

Yes, winners will be contacted by the Bank and announced on the DIB website. Prizes will be credited within 60 days of the draw date.

You will be disqualified if your product relationship is inactive or closed during the campaign period or before the draw.
