Register Online:
Sole Proprietors with a Debit Card facility can follow these easy steps and will receive a notification upon activation of enrolment.
- Go to the login page: https://online.dib.ae
- Click on "New User > “Register Now”
- Select customer type as "Non Individual"
- Select card holder as “ Card Holder”
- Create “USER ID and enter password
- Enter your Al Islami Debit Card number and PIN
- Enter verification details requested
- Select security settings
- Click "Done
Once your enrolment process is completed DIB will approve the application within two working days.
Register at Branch:
- Fill the alt business online application form available at all DIB branches or click here to download the editable pdf of the application form
- Submit the duly signed application form at any DIB branch
- You will receive the login credentials within three working days
How to fill in the enrolment form:
- Access is given only to the authorized company signatories
- Information on Access Type must be provided
- Signatory details must be entered under the section User 1, User 2 & User 3. In case of additional signatories, please attach an additional enrolment form
- Companies can provide Parent Subsidiary Relationship details, if they wish to link multiple subsidiary companies to the Parent company. All the Parent & Subsidiary companies have to submit a separate enrolment form with the linking type in Annexure A. This information is not mandatory
- Companies can fill in Annexure B, if they wish to set up account operating instructions like transaction amount restrictions, restrict transactions against specific account. (This is only applicable for transactions initiated from Business Online & Business Mobile). This information is not mandatory
- Each signatory must sign the enrolment form
- The e-mail address and mobile number of each user has to be unique
- If any of the mentioned user(s) is a Power of Attorney, a signed No Objection Certificate is required from the account holder
- Any cancellation on the enrolment form must be counter signed.
Online Maintenance Form:
In order to carry out any of the below maintenance related activities, please submit the maintenance form:
- Change in mobile number/ e-mail address
- Unlock User ID/ Reset password
- Registration of new user
- Deletion of existing user
- Update Access Type (only for View Access Customers)
- Update Parent Subsidiary Relationship Details
- Update Account Operating Instructions
- Unsubscribe from alt business online
