  • ZERO Due Diligence and Documentation Fee for MBRHE approved amount up to AED 1,000,000
  • Nil internal assessment fee for construction milestone progress for under-construction cases
  • Additional Home Finance from DIB at a discounted profit rate which is over and above the MBRHE approved amount of AED 1,000,000

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Documents Required to Initiate Pre-Approval

  1. MBRHE approval letter.
  2. Valid Passport, Emirates ID.
  3. Valid Salary Certificate.
  4. Pay slips if any variance for last 3 months.
  5. Bank Statement for the last three (3) months
  6. Bank Forms & applications to be signed by the customer:
    1. Home Finance Application
    2. KFS form
    3. Credit consent form

Documents Required to Initiate Valuation Request

A. Under-Construction Properties

  1. Consultant Feasibility Study
  2. Affection Plan
  3. Building Permit
  4. Architectural Drawings
  5. Construction Contract
  6. Payment Plan
  7. BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
  8. Valid Trade licenses (contractor & Consultant)

B. Ready Properties:

  1. MOU / reservation form
  2. Title deed
  3. Affection Plan
  4. Floor Plan

Documents Required to Initiate Final Approval

  1. MOU for the assigned property.
  2. SPA & statement of account (if the unit purchase from developer)
  3. Valuation Report.

Finance signing agreement stage

  1. Beneficiary will sign the Ijarah finance agreement
  2. Collateral perfection will be done online
