How to redeem the offer?

Method 1

Add Promo Code During Checkout

• Sign in to your Deliveroo account on the app or website.
• Add your selected items to your basket and ensure your order meets the minimum order value of AED 100.
• Proceed to checkout.
• To enter your promo code:
  
  • On the Deliveroo app: Select Savings and Offers, then Enter a Code.
  • On the Deliveroo website: Under Pay With, select Add Voucher Code/Gift Card.
• Enter the promo code DIB40 and select Claim (app) or Submit (website).

Method 2

Add Promo Code via Profile/Account

• Sign in to your Deliveroo account on the app or website.
• To add your promo code:
  
  • On the Deliveroo app: Go to Profile, then select Vouchers and Credit.
  • On the Deliveroo website: Select Account, then Account Details, and navigate to Vouchers and Credit.
• Select Add Code (app), enter the promo code DIB40, and select Claim (app) or Submit (website).
• A confirmation message will appear confirming the vouchers have been successfully added to your Deliveroo wallet.
• Add your selected items to your basket and ensure your order meets the minimum order value of AED 100.
• Proceed to checkout.
• The offer will be available under Savings and Offers.
• Complete your payment using an eligible DIB card to redeem the first voucher.
• The second voucher can be redeemed on a separate eligible transaction during the campaign period by following the same checkout process.
