How to apply

Flexi Salary - Salary Support personal finance can be availed through any of the following channels:

DIB alt mobile app

• Login to your DIB alt mobile app
• Click on “Flexi Salary” offer under Offers tab
• Customer can also apply from the account details page
• Flexi Salary offer amount will be display as per your eligibility
• Customer can reduce the required amount from the displayed eligible amount
• Click and accept Key Fact Statement (KFS) and AECB Consent Clause
• Click Continue to see the final offer
• Accept /decline displayed final offer and review the offer details
• Click and accept the Terms and Conditions
• Verify the transaction with One Time Pin (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number and click continue
• Your Flexi Salary application has been successfully completed

DIB alt online

• Login to your DIB alt online account
• Go to “Relationship Summary and select “Finance” tab
• Click “Apply for Finance – Flexi Salary.”
• Customer can also apply from the account details page
• Flexi Salary offer amount will be display as per your eligibility
• Click and accept Key Fact Statement (KFS) and AECB Consent Clause
• Click Continue to see the final offer
• Accept /decline displayed final offer and review the offer details
• Click and accept the Terms and Conditions
• Verify the transaction with One Time Pin (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number and click continue
• Your Flexi Salary application has been successfully completed

DIB alt on WhatsApp

• Add +97146092222 to your contact list and say ‘Hi’ from your mobile number registered with DIB, click WhatsApp icon or scan QR Code
  
• You will receive a welcome message, simply hit the ‘Subscribe’ button
• Enter your CIF number or account number or last 6 digits of your covered card number
• Enter OTP and you’re subscribed to DIB alt WhatsApp
• Select and type “Flexi Salary” from the main menu
• Click the Key Fact Statement (KFS) and Terms and Conditions and reply “Understood”
• “Accept” or “Modify” the FlexiSalary offer amount and type “Proceed” to confirm
• Type “Accept” AECB Consent”
• Type ‘Confirm” to accept the offer details
• Type “Proceed
