2. Customers who take credit facilities from any Bank must ensure timely payments to settle their outstanding amounts. This is critical to maintain good credit history on AECB (Al Etihad Credit Bureau) so that Banks are able to serve customers to meet customer’s future banking needs.
3. You will earn 0.3 Mile per USD spend done on government, supermarkets/groceries, utilities, insurance, automobiles, education, fuel, real estate, telecom and transport.
4. You will earn 0.75 Mile per USD spend done in European Economic Area.
5. Miles will not be earned on below transaction categories:
   • Utility & Government bills transactions made through DIB platforms

Complimentary Airport Transfers – Terms and Conditions

• Booking needs to be done minimum 2 calendar days in advance (date of placing the request and travel is excluded)
• Booking can be done maximum 3 months prior to travel date
• Cancellation needs to be done minimum 12 hours prior to the time of pick up else service will be considered as utilized
• A fee of AED 50 will be charged to the customer beyond a waiting period of 20 minutes.
• A fee of up to AED 335 (excluding VAT) will be charged on the Covered Card if the minimum spend criteria is not met in a calendar month
• There will be an authorization transaction of AED 2 for every access on the eligible Covered Card which will be automatically reversed after successful validation of the card.
• Usage of the complimentary service by Supplementary Cardholder will be counted towards the total eligibility of 4 per annum on Emirates Skywards DIB Infinite card.
• The benefit is complimentary subject to the purchase of an Emirates Airline ticket using the Emirates Skywards DIB Infinite card within 6 months prior to availing the airport transfer benefit and maintaining minimum monthly spends of AED 8,000

Airport lounge access: The card entitles you and a guest to enjoy unlimited complimentary access to over 1200 airport lounges worldwide.

• First Visit to the airport lounge in a calendar year is complimentary.
• To utilize the subsequent complimentary visits in the same calendar year, spend criteria of foreign currency spend of USD 1 equivalent must be met on a merchant that is located outside UAE, on both primary & supplementary cards minimum 15 days prior to the lounge visit. If the spend criteria is not met, a charge of US $32 per usage will be levied to the card used for the lounge visit.

The services that can be availed are as follows:

• Complimentary vehicle registration: Vehicle pick up and drop off (once a year) : Customers receive one round trip from their home to the nearest passing center for car registration purposes. Towing process only, excluding passing result and associated costs.
• Vehicle servicing- pick up and drop off (once a year): Customers enjoy a round trip from their home to the nearest dealer workshop for routine car servicing.
• Towing: Tow accident/damaged vehicles from the scene to the nearest workshop.
  Request available only if the vehicle is immobile.
• Fuel assistance: For vehicles out of fuel, 10 litres of petrol 92 is provided
  Petrol cost to be paid separately by the customer.
• Battery Boost: If the battery voltage is low, battery boosting services will be provided
