Terms & Conditions:

The offer is applicable on payment with DIB Covered Cards and Johara Debit Cards
Student has to pay for Learning permit and file renewal charges according to category
Additional charges shall be applicable on the category change.
Students need to pay 50% payment of the package at the time of registration and balance 50% payment before starting the practical training.
Theory Test translation facility is not included in the contract, additional charges of AED 435 is applicable for RIS (Remote Interpretation System)
LMV20 Hours Minimum is for those candidates who do not have any other country license.
LMV15 & LMV10 Hours minimum-- are for holder of other country license for 2-5 years and 5+years respectively (Original & valid driving license of home country required)
The charges/fees can vary from case to case of the candidate enrolling i.e. Visa, Disability, Category, Existing UAE License holders etc.
Number of training hours depends upon the existing Dubai license (if any) of candidate, as per RTA rules.
Any extension of classes or failure in any test cost additional fee as per the charges and law by RTA.
Incase student does not qualify for any test within the specified number of hours; the student has to extend the training hours by paying the specified fee mentioned in the table per hour till the road test date
Incase student fails any test, re-test fee is applicable to reappear in the test.
Learning Permit will expire after Three (3) months from the date of issue. If the learning permit expires while student is under training, renewal fee is applicable.
File cannot be opened in Belhasa Driving center if the student has already opened file in other driving center for same or different category in Dubai or other Emirate.
