- Why should I subscribe for eStatements?
This facility offers you the convenience of receiving and viewing your Account Statement from anywhere in the world. You can also save the statements received in an electronic form, so that they can printed (selectively, if necessarily) at your convenience. - How can I sign up for eStatements?
You can sign up for eStatements in any of the following ways:- Through Online Banking:
- Log on to Al Islami Online Banking
- Click on the “E Statement” tab on the top bar
- Select Relationship Type – E Statement for Accounts or E Statement for Credit Card
- Enter your e-mail address
- Select frequency (For accounts only)
- Submit
- Through any DIB branch:
- Fill in an “E Channel Registration Form” with your details.
- Submit at any DIB branch
- Through Online Banking:
- Who is eligible to receive eStatements?
Any customer who holds either a Current Account or a Credit/ Charge Card with Dubai Islamic Bank – UAE, can register for the eStatement service - How will I receive my eStatements?
You will receive your eStatement on your personal e-mail address in a PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format. - Do I need additional software to view eStatements?
Yes, you would need Acrobat Reader 5.0 or above to view your eStatements. You can download Acrobat Reader from www.adobe.com . - What is the frequency of my eStatements?
Current Account holders can choose from the following frequency options:- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Half Yearly
- Yearly
Credit/ Charge Card holders will receive their eStatements at the end of their billing cycle.
- Is there a charge associated with this service?
This service is available to our customers FREE of charge. - How do I change the e-mail address to which my eStatements are being sent?
To change your e-mail address registered fir eStatements, you can either:- Submit a fresh request over Online Banking with your new e-mail id
- Submit a fresh registration form at any branch of Dubai Islamic Bank.
- Will I continue to receive my printed Statements by post once I enroll for eStatements?
As of now, you shall continue to receive printed statements by post. Should there be any change in the Bank’s policy, you shall be intimated accordingly. - What should I do if my eStatement is not complete or if the details in the eStatement are not correct? You are requested to call All Islami Phone Banking on 04-609 2222 and notify us of the discrepancy.
Your registration will be completed within 2 working days from the day your submit a request through any of the above 2 channels.
