Al Islami Mobile is available to all DIB customers who have registered for Al Islami Online Banking and will share the same username and password.

Al Islami Mobile provides a secure banking environment where you can avail a number of convenient services from anywhere, using your mobile phone.

To start using Al Islami Mobile, please follow the below steps:

  • Login to Al Islami Online Banking https://online.dib.ae using any computer, click on E-Channels and select Mobile Banking.
  • Activate Mobile Banking and specify preference for external fund transfers.
  • Login to Al Islami Mobile using the link https://mobile.dib.ae .
  • Security image should be confirmed and a reply to any security question (if requested) should be provided.
  • You can choose any service by selecting the necessary option.
