DIB encourages its UAE national staff to pursue higher education and provides incentives such as sponsoring fees, and study leave. On an Annual basis, DIB launches the Further Education Program through which employees desirous of pursuing Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor and Master studies. In 2008, employees pursued courses like the Banking Diploma, Islamic Banking Diploma, Higher Banking Diploma, Professional Certificate in HR Management, etc. these academic qualifications can be obtained from accredited Colleges, universities and institutions in the UAE.
